If you are successfully shortlisted, you will receive an initial pre-screening call from a member of our team. If that goes well, you will be invited along for a face-to-face interview, which is usually with the Manager responsible for the position.
We always prefer to meet candidates in person. However, depending on your location and the role you have applied for, interviews can occasionally be conducted via video call.

What to bring to your interview

You will receive an email confirming what we need you to bring to your interview. Generally, this will include documents to prove your identity, confirm you have the right to work in the UK and proof of any relevant qualifications alongside of a completed application form.

What to wear at your interview

All our staff are expected to wear appropriate business attire for work and ask that you attend the interview dressed in accordance with this policy.


We aim to get in touch promptly after we have completed interviewing all of the prospective candidates for a position, either by telephone or email, to let you know if you have been successful or not. We are always happy to provide feedback following an interview so don’t hesitate to ask.
